Custom Logo Inlay

Why These Flooring Solutions Were Selected
Football change rooms place particular demands on flooring, from studded boots and heavy foot traffic to moisture and dirt carried in from the field. REGUPOL everroll provided a durable, practical solution while also allowing the Swan Districts identity to be incorporated directly into the floor.
Withstands Studded Footwear
At 8mm thick, the everroll flooring was selected to withstand the repeated impact of football boot studs in a busy change room environment.
Slip Resistance
The rubber surface provides good slip resistance, an important consideration in change rooms where moisture and mud can regularly be tracked inside.
Comfortable Underfoot
The resilient composition of everroll provides natural give underfoot, creating a more comfortable surface for players before and after training and games.
Durable & Long Lasting
Designed to withstand high levels of foot traffic and impact, everroll provides the durability required for demanding sporting environments.
Reduced Footfall Noise
The resilient rubber flooring helps reduce footfall and impact noise, particularly useful in high-energy communal spaces such as change rooms.
Custom Design Flexibility
REGUPOL everroll can be precision cut and combined in contrasting colours, allowing the Swan Districts club logo to be incorporated directly into the finished floor.
The Custom Inlay Process

REGUPOL everroll can be precision cut to create custom flooring inlays using contrasting colours from across the range. For Swan Districts Football Club, the process allowed the club logo to become an integral part of the finished change room floor.
1. Technical Drawing
A detailed technical drawing establishes the exact dimensions, shape and layout of the proposed inlay.
2. Colour & Design Selection
Contrasting everroll colours are selected to reproduce the design while coordinating with the surrounding flooring.
3. Sample Preparation
For larger or more detailed designs, a scaled sample can be produced to review the proposed inlay before final production.
4. Precision Cutting
Once the design is finalised, the individual components are precision cut using computer-aided cutting equipment, ready for installation.
5. Installation
The cut components are carefully assembled and installed within the surrounding everroll flooring to create a seamless, integrated design.
